DIY Winter Soap from D.I.Y Collectives

I just recently discovered a new monthly subscription service called D.I.Y Collectives and I fell in love from just this box. I’ve always told Chad I’ve wanted to make my own soap since the only soap I will use is homemade anyways. I’ve just never taken the leap because I was a little intimidated by all the options available and worried what was right and what wasn’t. This months D.I.Y Collectives box was your very own DIY Winter Soap and I dove right in head first. I absolutely love how this box came with everything I needed to make my very own winter soap bars. It saved me the trouble of sifting through all the foreign (to me) supplies at the craft store and it was a beautiful thing!

For the first bar a Luffa, Activated Charcoal & Peppermint are combined in the first soap for an exfoliating soap meets scrub combination. I also added a little chamomile to mine as well which I already have stocked up at home!

The second bar combines Ponderosa Pine & Eucalyptus for a rustic-fresh, all-natural soap meets decongestant. I added a little peppermint into this one too because I love peppermint in my soap. The beauty of this box is you can make any combinations you see fit to meet your own personal needs!

The final results? Two beautiful winter soap bars to add to my collection!
